Pulsed radiofrequency treatment and nerve root injections on the right and left sides for a patient with moderate chronic pain caused by a herniated disc between the fourth and fifth lumbar vertebrae (Lumbar Disc).

A limited interventional pain treatment procedure for a patient in her thirties with chronic lower-back pain that prevented her from carrying out her daily activities because of a herniated disc between the fourth and fifth lumbar vertebrae and between the fifth lumbar and first sacral vertebrae.

Pulsed Radiofrequency Neuromodulation and long-acting local anti-inflammatory injections for the nerve roots were performed together with a caudal epidural injection. The procedure is performed with dedicated radiofrequency equipment and needles, under imaging guidance and local anaesthesia. It is managed as a day case and does not require an overnight hospital stay.

By the grace of God, a female patient with headaches and trigeminal nerve pain in the face (Trigeminal Neuralgia) was treated.
